Lemon Spiral Bisquits
(makes 40 bisquits)

• 75 g icing sugar (Puderzucker)
• 150 g butter, softened
• 1 lemon
• 200 g plain flour (Mehl)
• 2 tablespoons milk
• pink food dye (rosa Speisefarbe)
